This speed camp is for any athlete that wants to improve their speed quickly and isn’t afraid to work hard.
Choose from 1 of the 3 options from our training schedule:
(Sun T Th)- 4pm Sundays, 5:30pm Tuesdays, and 5:30pm Thursdays
(MWF-) 11am Mondays, 5:30pm Wednesdays, and 11am Fridays
(MWTH)- 5:30pm Mondays, 6:30pm Wednesdays, 5:30pm Thursdays
